Hola, mi nombre es Edgar y me complace compartir mi autobiografía contigo. Nací en San José, Costa Rica, en el año 1997. Soy el menor de mis dos hermanas, y siempre fui un niño activo y enérgico. Desde temprana edad, descubrí mi pasión por los deportes, especialmente por el fútbol y el surf desde que me vine a vivir a Tamarindo. Después de graduarme del colegio, comencé a trabajar en el mundo de los bienes raíces a los 17 años. Me apasiona ayudar a las personas a encontrar la propiedad perfecta, y me enorgullece mi trabajo. Con el tiempo, me especialicé en compradores, negociación y propiedades residenciales, y obtuve varias certificaciones en estas áreas. En el año 2019, me gradué de la Universidad Latina, donde obtuve una licenciatura en Administración de Empresas con énfasis en Mercadeo y Ventas. Durante mi tiempo en la universidad, desarrollé habilidades importantes en liderazgo y trabajo en equipo, y me involucré activamente en la Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces, lo cual me abrió las puertas para ser el representante de la CCCBR en CILA Jovenes. En el año 2021, tomé la decisión de mudarme a Guanacaste para trabajar en bienes raíces con mi madre. Actualmente, somos un equipo sólido y nos apasiona ayudar a las personas a encontrar el hogar de sus sueños. Además de mi trabajo, me encanta viajar y explorar nuevos lugares. He tenido la oportunidad de visitar algunos países hermosos en todo el mundo y espero seguir haciéndolo en el futuro. También tengo una perrita adoptada llamada Mandy, que es mi compañera fiel en todas mis aventuras. En resumen, soy un joven emprendedor que se dedica a ayudar a las personas a encontrar el hogar perfecto y que disfruta de los deportes, los viajes y el tiempo con mi familia y mi mascota. Me siento agradecido por las oportunidades que he tenido hasta ahora y emocionado por lo que el futuro me depara. Hi, my name is Edgar and I am delighted to share my autobiography with you. I was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, in 1997. I am the youngest of my two sisters and I have always been an active and energetic child. From a young age, I discovered my passion for sports, especially soccer and surfing since I came to live in Tamarindo. After graduating from high school, I started working in the real estate world at the age of 17. I am passionate about helping people find the perfect property, and I am proud of my work. Over time, I specialized in buyers, negotiation, and residential properties, and obtained several certifications in these areas. In 2019, I graduated from the Universidad Latina, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Sales. During my time in university, I developed important skills in leadership and teamwork, and actively involved myself in the Camara Costarricense de Bienes Raíces, which opened doors for me to become the CCCBR representative in CILA Jovenes. In 2021, I made the decision to move to Guanacaste to work in real estate with my mother. Currently, we are a solid team and passionate about helping people find their dream home. Apart from my work, I love to travel and explore new places. I have had the opportunity to visit some beautiful countries around the world, and I hope to continue doing so in the future. I also have an adopted dog named Mandy, who is my faithful companion on all my adventures. In summary, I am a young entrepreneur dedicated to helping people find the perfect home and enjoying sports, travel, and time with my family and pet. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had so far and excited for what the future holds for me.
